By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products, services, digital files, and mail-in services offered through our website or direct invoicing.
2. Digital Services & File Tuning
- All tuning, coding, and file services are digital products.
- Digital services are non-refundable once the file has been processed or delivered.
- Revisions or corrections may be provided only if the file is proven to be non-functional.
- No refunds will be issued for incorrect submissions, incompatible hardware, or improper read/write procedures by the customer.
3. Physical Products (Tools & Hardware)
Returns Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Opened packages, used items, activated tools, or products not in original condition are non-refundable.
- Any signs of use, registration, activation, or missing components will void return eligibility.
Return Authorization
- All returns require prior approval.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
4. Manufacturer Warranty & Support
- All manufacturer products are warrantied and supported directly by the manufacturer.
- The manufacturer is the primary point of contact for warranty claims, updates, software issues, and technical support.
- We may assist with guidance where possible, but final support and warranty decisions rest with the manufacturer.
5. Mail-In Services
- Mail-in services (module repair, cloning, testing, resets) are service-based and non-refundable once work has started.
- Customer is responsible for shipping the module to and from our facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion, or previously attempted repairs that affect outcomes.
6. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details, module information, and tool compatibility.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
7. Restocking Fees
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on product type and condition.
- Fees cover inspection, handling, and administrative costs.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping and handling fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, downtime, or vehicle immobilization.
- All services and products are provided for professional and off-road use where applicable.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version posted on our website will always apply.
