The Autel MaxiAlign IWA500ACT is a purpose-built wheel alignment system engineered to deliver fast, precise, and repeatable alignment results for professional automotive workshops.

This package includes the complete IWA500 alignment system, wireless diagnostic tablet, and an Autel-branded metal rim-storage cabinet, allowing technicians to keep alignment targets and clamps organized and protected.

The system features a guided workflow beginning with server-based vehicle identification, followed by a comprehensive all-systems pre-scan, undercarriage inspection, and tire tread depth and pressure analysis to ensure optimal alignment conditions before adjustments begin.

At the core of the system is a mobile six-camera alignment frame that delivers real-time, highly accurate measurements. The portable design allows the unit to move easily between service bays, reducing setup time while maximizing workshop flexibility and productivity.

The IWA500 performs both standard alignment measurements such as rolling diameter and symmetry values, as well as advanced diagnostic checks including bump steer analysis, raised-vehicle measurements, and wheel-off adjustments.

Autel’s MaxiToe technology ensures the steering wheel is perfectly centered without requiring a steering wheel holder. The system also supports SAS calibration and other OEM-required post-alignment procedures.

The system produces highly detailed alignment reports that can be easily saved, printed, or shared digitally for documentation and customer transparency.

The included 10.1-inch touchscreen MaxiAlign tablet communicates with the system using the Bluetooth MaxiVCI V200, providing an intuitive interface for alignment procedures and diagnostics.

The IWA500 is also compatible with Autel’s Bluetooth hand-held inclinometer, which assists with alignment procedures on certain Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

The tablet includes one year of software updates, and the entire system — including the tablet and cabinet — is covered by a one-year limited warranty.
