After purchasing a mail in repair service or if instructed to send units prior to purchase, please follow the next steps Below –
1: Email  with your order # to confirm all details prior to shipment
2: Box the items in a well-protected package and include the order# and your contact details.
3: Ship the products to
4: If dropping in person, please schedule through email prior as the location is a drop off zone only and no showroom.
5: If shipping from USA, do not use UPS or Fedex.
6: Note for Shipments from outside Canada, duties/taxes/handling fees will apply and will be added on the final invoice. Declaring used value (example $100) instead of brand new value ($500) will save on those fees.
