By accessing or using any services, tools, products, training, or consultations offered by VEPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
VEPro offers a range of automotive electronics services including:
- ECU/Module Testing, Programming, and Repair
- Remote and Bench Diagnostics
- Key and Immobilizer Programming
- Training and Consultation Services
- Sales of Tools and Software for Automotive Professionals
- All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the provided data is accurate and complete.
3. Payments and Pricing
All prices are quoted in CAD or USD as applicable. Full payment is due before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- VEPro reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
- Special offers or discounts are subject to expiration dates and availability.
- For tool sales, deposits may be required. These are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping and Handling
Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- VEPro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
- Clients must ensure proper packaging of sensitive electronics before sending.
- Return shipments can be insured at the client’s request and expense.
5. Warranty & Liability
VEPro guarantees workmanship on repairs for a period of 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Warranty covers the service performed only—not surrounding systems or future issues caused by unrelated faults.
- VEPro is not responsible for damages arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors.
- Clients are advised to perform diagnostics before and after repair to validate proper functionality.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, documents, and software provided remain the intellectual property of VEPro unless explicitly transferred.
- Reproduction, resale, or distribution without consent is prohibited.
- VEPro retains rights to refuse service to clients suspected of IP misuse.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Training Services
All training services are for educational purposes. While VEPro strives to provide practical, real-world instruction, we do not guarantee job placement or specific business results.
Clients may not record or distribute training sessions without prior written approval.
9. Limitations of Use
VEPro’s tools, files, or services may not be used for illegal purposes or in violation of Canadian regulations—particularly emissions-related laws. The user is solely responsible for legal compliance.
10. Amendments and Updates
VEPro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
