VEPro Tuning Terms & Conditions
1. Legal Compliance & Emissions Disclaimer
By submitting a tuning file or requesting modification services from VEPro Canada, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All tuning services provided by VEPro are intended strictly for off-road, competition, or racing use only.
- It is illegal under Canadian federal law (Environmental Protection Act) and many provincial laws to modify, remove, or disable emissions-related components (including but not limited to DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue, O2 sensors, catalytic converters) in a vehicle that is used on public roads.
- VEPro does not condone or promote emissions deletion for on-road use and shall not be held responsible for how customers use modified software.
2. Customer Responsibility
- You, the customer, are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your vehicle or your customer’s vehicle complies with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal emissions regulations.
- The legal use and application of any tuning or calibration services provided.
- Informing your customers (if you are a reseller or shop) that tuned files are not compliant for public road use unless proven otherwise.
3. Liability Waiver
- VEPro, its owners, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any:
- Fines, penalties, legal actions, or vehicle impoundments resulting from the illegal use of tuning services.
- Mechanical damage or emissions system failure caused by use or misuse of the files provided.
- Tuning files and services are provided “as-is”, with no guarantee of performance, legality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
4. Usage Declaration
By submitting this tuning request, you certify that:
- You are either the vehicle owner or authorized by the owner.
- You understand the intended use of the service is off-road or closed-course competition.
- You indemnify VEPro from any legal consequences of improper or unlawful use.
5. Refunds and Turnaround
- Tuning services are digital products and are non-refundable once the file has been processed, unless the file is proven to be non-functional.
- Turnaround times may vary depending on file type and complexity. VEPro aims to process most tuning requests within 2 business day.
6. Amendments
VEPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our tuning services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

By checking the box or submitting a file, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
